TRACKING & MEASUREMENT · CUSTOM SCOPE

Make decisions on a clearer measurement foundation.

Measurement review and implementation for consumer brands that need to understand campaigns, purchase journeys, lifecycle flows and experiments. We define what to measure, check what can be verified and build the agreed foundations.

Let's talk

THE STARTING POINT

Where the work starts.

Teams invest in ads, redesigns and retention without trusting the events or knowing what a report actually represents. The first job is to distinguish implementation errors, missing data and the limits of attribution.

From the problem to implementation.

We review the available stack and access, map business questions to events and define a measurement plan. We implement or correct the agreed setup, test client and server events where relevant, document limitations and turn the data into useful reporting.

What we can work on.

  • GA4 where appropriate
  • Ecommerce & conversion events
  • Meta Pixel & Conversions API
  • Event taxonomy & UTMs
  • Funnel & campaign measurement
  • Baseline & post-launch review
  • Experiment & lifecycle measurement
  • Dashboards & reporting
  • Event debugging & implementation
  • Automation usage, failure & escalation metrics

Tools depend on platform support, permissions, consent requirements and available APIs. Internal verification requires client access. CAPI does not provide perfect attribution; browser restrictions, consent, identity and platform modeling can leave gaps or differences between reports.

WHAT YOU GET

Concrete work, with an agreed scope.

01

Measurement plan

Business questions, event definitions, sources, naming conventions and a baseline where data is available.

02

Implementation & validation

Agreed events, connections and fixes, checked for missing or duplicate signals where the stack allows.

03

Reporting & handoff

Useful reports or dashboards, validation notes, known limitations and guidance for the next experiment.

How we take it forward.

  1. STEP 01

    Review

Inspect accessible configuration, event flows and the questions the business needs answered.

  2. STEP 02

    Define

Agree event taxonomy, UTMs, sources and success criteria.

  3. STEP 03

    Implement

Build the supported tracking and reporting connections.

  4. STEP 04

    Validate

Test events, values and relevant deduplication. Document gaps.

  5. STEP 05

    Use

Review outcomes with context and decide what to test next.

What follows depends on your business.

Measurement can be a standalone project or a layer across Meta Ads, campaign landings, redesign, retention and automation. Ongoing reporting and maintenance are scoped separately.

WHY LIFTFORM

Strategy, product and technology together.

Martina connects implementation, APIs and QA. Juani connects the business question and commercial interpretation. We build measurement to support decisions rather than just populate a dashboard.

Before we start.

Can you deliver perfect attribution?

No. There is no promise of 100% accuracy. We document observable behavior, validate the agreed implementation and make limitations explicit.

Does CAPI fix all tracking gaps?

No. Server events can support a measurement setup, but do not remove consent, identity, platform or attribution limitations.

Can this be checked from the public website alone?

Only partly. Internal GA4, Meta, tag manager, platform and order configuration require the relevant client access.

What does it cost?

Custom scope based on the stack, events, integrations, access and reporting needs. Tool fees and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.

What do you need your data to answer?
