Information you give us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, project type and message. Company and website are optional. The submission also includes the page language, enquiry source and an email subject. A hidden field helps identify spam.
We use this information to understand your enquiry, respond and discuss a possible project. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential credentials. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Website visits and measurement
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance without cookies, local storage or visitor fingerprinting. We use these measurements to understand site usage and performance. This is separate from the technical information needed to serve and secure requests.
Providers and recipients
Formspree receives, stores and forwards contact submissions. Its processing can include technical information used to operate the service and prevent abuse. Enquiries are delivered to [email protected] through Google Workspace and made available to both Liftform founders so they can respond. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and website analytics.
These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their privacy information is linked below. We do not use advertising pixels on this website. Cal.com is not currently linked or embedded in the published contact page. LinkedIn links take you to a separate service when you choose to open them.
How long information is kept
Enquiries can remain in the Formspree submission archive and our email mailboxes. We have not yet confirmed a fixed retention period or an automatic deletion schedule for these records. Provider retention and technical logs may follow separate rules.

Access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared with us. Tell us which enquiry or information your request concerns. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours.
Other rights, including objection, restriction or a complaint to a data protection authority, may apply depending on your location and applicable law. We will respond in accordance with the requirements that apply to your request.
